How are products powder coated?
Finely ground particles of pigment and resin are electrostatically charged and sprayed on a grounded part. The curing cycle melts the powder, fusing it to the part. The result is a uniform, durable, high quality finish.

Our facility can handle parts up to 24’ long. Forklift and gantry lift services available.

Cleaning process
We hand clean all items to ensure proper adhesion. Our pretreatment process has been proven successful on steel, aluminum and galvanized substrates. Sandblasting services are available if needed.

Pre-heat system
All products pass through our oven prior to the application of powder.

Our microprocessor controlled oven and gema paint system ensures superior finish in your choice of color and texture.

Curing process
Products pass through our cure oven, heated up to 400 degrees, to ensure qulaity flow, fusion and cure. oven size is 6’ X 7’ X 24’ long.
